Quantum had a golden opportunity to do that when we were trading at 4 cents. Instead gave Besra a life line with a Million Dollar loan and paying 10 cents per share. Quantum hold around 30 percent share registry so in their best interest to see the S/P go through the roof. No brainer if you think it through. Hardest thing for small companies is to raise money without blowing the registry and Besra has achieved this with an interest free loan. GL
