What can we make of this situation. A major shareholder HAD a member of its board on the board of Besra. She has been involved with besra for a long time it seems. Even to the degree that she seemed to claim on the initial share sale that she was unaware, another director made the trade.

What is their average though? Bez looks promising but still has a ways to go, if the majority of holdings were acquired around 5c and held for over 6 years then you can probably appreciate they're wanting to monetise some of those holdings to deploy capital elsewhere despite the potrntial here.
