Because confidence in the deal is shattered due to a substantial holder who previously had a director on the board of Bezra selling pretty much every share they can at any price they could get it appears. Now it is just a falling knife but by tge same token maybe finally THIS is capitulation. Either it is all a scam or at some point there shoukd be a big correction. Still hard to see where buyers will mysteriously appear from though.
