Definitely need all of those things and the CEO announcement. Not wanting to be pessimistic but I recall the CEO announcement expected to come soon months ago. I get that this company wants to tick all the boxes and get this thing up and running but they are publicly traded and as such should want to keep their shareholders in the know about what's happening. Side note as well, not sure if anyone else noticed this small change, the besra website now has two sections for their important people, "board" and "our people" or "key people" where as it was all put into a "board" section before. Now it's only two quantum people and one fella from besra on the board part and the rest into key people. Cleaning out the house before a big year?
