If the relationship with NRW goes well, there is every chance Salini may want to extend their operations in OZ via either partly or completely acquiring NRW.
This may sound like an unrealistic comment... - but we only need to look at the recent history of some of the major contractors in Australia (e.g. Leightons, Theiss ...)
