Hi @sabine @EasyGee and @Josh01 beat me by miles, my first purchase was Feb 2013 at $2.04, (in fact I probably bought them from @Josh01 ) .

I found NWH by searching for stocks that paid a good dividend with a MC around $300m, and decent management track record.

Then the Samsung debacle happened... where NWH won in the WA Supreme Court, and also on appeal. Samsung still wouldn’t pay and wanted to spend three years in arbitration, NWH had no option but to settle for a crumb of what they were owed (I don’t own any Samsung products to this day as a result).

The lowest I bought was 11c when the MC was about $20m, I have traded it probably a hundred times, but have always had a core LT shareholding.

I had met management at various AGM’s and respected them, so had confidence (hope?) that NWH would eventually recover.

@Pioupiou and @jacko1 had probably owned longer.

@Pioupiou and I also had a contrasting experience with BYL which had bad management and went under...

I’m happy with where NWH appears to be at the moment, but all will be revealed when results come out.
