Don't take one broker's write-up as gospel. Gather information from multiple sources and make your own decisions. Brokers spit out all sorts of "research" because they need to keep generating new trading ideas whether it be buying or selling. If their clients aren't doing one or the other then they aren't making any brokerage! This is my opinion only. DYOR.
