Bullish Sign? - Bounced off 200 EMA, page-3870

I am new to this thread but not to NRW - have held for some years. I hold many stocks over different sectors, both solid performers and some penny stock hopefuls but NRW was in my solid performers basket until the past three months. For the life of me I cannot understand how the SP has fallen and is falling more each day. There is nothing I can find in any financials or other announcements of the company that justifies the high decline. There is a lot of BOT trading for small parcels which seem to be keep the buying price down - for accumulation or offloading? A lot of very knowledgeable people contributing to this thread however re-reading everything it appears everyone is at a loss. The decline started with last financial report and continued on Primero takeover. Perhaps the Market has not taken kindly to the cost of or reasons for recent acquisitions? My frustrated comments!
