I think I have read more than once that one should sell if you are down 15%. I am down about 20% here. Though I did make 35% when I sold earlier this year. With about the same buy in price each time. Anyway, that should probably be irrelevant.
So, friend, you are tempted to sell- what would sway you one way or another? Are you guided by a plan or some such?
Or, do people hold these paper losses for a while until they either recover or it all gets too much one day and they sell? I was talking to a bloke who bought his AMP shares for around $16 and he still has them.
