Definitely a cruel business when someone comes in and sets up a loan that they know can’t be serviced, then use lever that to implode the company.....
Then they ‘help’, holders by Phoenix a supposedly profitable company that they themselves had a hand running into the ground!
They then ‘take’, the company for cents in the dollar all the while being paid to do so....l

I have NO DOUBT (with the plan now completed), want the legal action to disappear....
But I urge those perusing it, DO NOT GIVE UP!
It is your right and whilst it might cost more money (A fraction of what has already been taken), you will if successful, stop those involved (if guilty), from doing it again.
