As I understand it, the lawyers have been examining the company right back until 2015.
It seems that they are quite confident in the information they have found.
Another one of the lies that has been propagated is that the Gekko Plant did not function properly. This was completely false and this was demonstrated by metallurgist experts on many occasions.
Mark P and Co made mistakes no doubt, but at least they produced 14 kg of gold in the short time they had the processing plant running.
How did the next crew go?
Also, there is blame placed on the 15Mil Reals (approx $3Mil AUD -at the time) the company owed as being the cause of all ills. But didn't the company go into administration owing as much if not more?
So all the money they raised, and still went broke. Nice work if you can get it.
We can banter on and argue about what happened ...but I'm confident the answers will come eventually.
