Looks like the OGX cycle is going to start again.
Not that I have the means to do anything about it anyway (just another worthless pleb in our system) but does anyone know what happens to any copyright material that a wound up company may have owned. I understand that 1232123bc Ltd (then Faina Gold Inc then Pilar Gold Inc) took the physical assets of the Brazilian subsidiary, but were people engaged to do these promo videos at the time employed by the subsidiary or the Australian listed parent? If the later, is it right for anyone else to use this material as if it were their own? The logo generator must be working overtime atm.
Hopefully the Canadians don’t fall for it.
