I agree with you Garry, what I meant was not too early - like within in the next week or so. I've seen other companies releasing positive anns in the last few days, and the sp doesn't even budge. But it definitely would great if the DD gets completed this month.

November 2010: CEO - Trinity coal partner
April 2011: Option for Mongolian Coal licences

So it took 5 Months

April 2011: CEO - Ethica coal partner

So I would assume September at the latest for news regarding Indo coal licences. I'm saying latest since I guess it shouldn't take as long as Mongolia (5 months) as they don't need to go through a Mongolian winter which drastically limits what field work can be done.
