DTE traded between .13 - .14 a month ago; but the difference to then and now is that the momentum thru' indicators was downward. Today the market is testing resistance at .135 and a lot of indecision. Yes; the bulls have taken a back seat today, but the bears aren't winning either. Smart money make their profits from the uninformed and impatient holders.
