weekly over long timeframe shows why 3c area will prove to be stubborn. price stuck in a 3 year long basing range while Oman feasibility, finance, and approvals have been addressed.close up showing two previous attempts at breaking from range, both leading to similar weekly candlesticks. in both previous instances, lack of follow up news or progress lead to further weakness.
Daily chart. Low historical volume (no blowout) suggests this move has alot further to go, however candlestick indicates continued expectation of more weakness - perhaps residual suspicion that PAM may still delay the license?
Rapid fundamental newsflow here should be the driver for a full breakout from 3c resistance level.
