I just re-read the annual report again, it doesn't actually clearly state that all no objection letters are recieved, it does make a point of saying MECA approval is still outstanding which makes you assume nothing else is, but again it isn't really clear. Unless I've missed something and you can quote it for me.
It does seemed interesting they mentioned ministry of water approval being needed back in May (or somewhere around then) and then it wasn't mentioned ever that it was received and isn't in the projected or achieved milestones in the annual report either .
