You fail to understand that IT comapnies pour millions of $$s over a considerable amount of time for R&D, once they establish clients and into making profits their operational expenses decrease a lot (no R&D for that product anymore). That is why ITE has forecasted reduction in their expenses, cos they no longer need to put money into R&D for the products they have at the moment. As a result most of their revenue will be profit!
