    So Sigma will be leaner and more nimble vs US multinational.

    The growth potential is really great given others are keen for them to shake up the market.

    Hospitals rely on conpetitive tenders so easily taken over. Also govt payment terms are generally 30 days vs its current payment terms of 56-60 days.
