NEO has just completed a major placement at 3.5 cents. This should have collapsed the premium in the short dated options. WTE is .08 cents out of the money, plus the oppies attract a premium of .04 cents. So the time valus is charged out at 1.2 cents for 5 months of time. The stock is at 4.2 cents so the time value charge is around 29% of the SP. TOX is at .013 cents on a 3.9 cent SP for 5 1/2 moths of time for a cost of 10% of the SP. TOX has very strong fundamentals. Which oppies would you buy??


Anyone buying premiums on oppies above interest rates on financing purchase of common stock are giving money away. The only exception is in the event of a strong technical break-out on volume with stops.
