I am a BULL on AHZ, $3.2M qtr income was my prediction - there will be a flow into this qtr from sale and tripling of supply in this qtr from the factory full qtr production imho. The expected $2.5M is the average last qtr without any full factory production which factory opened in August.
The 90 days payment lead in time people quote is unlikely in medical practice in my experience, many pay by cod or within 54 days on account/consignment according to Dunn and Bradstreet USA n Aust atm. Hospitals do not hold off payments on suppliers for life saving goods like CC, sorry, cant see that happening for any procurement officer in any medical centre, they would not risk supply refusal to their surgeons. Especially if patients sitting on a death bed paying $40k for that surgery, CC at 2.5x1500US = $4k US is cheap comparatively to the surgeons salary.
At 11% centre growth pm, then CC unit sales ought to be 11% pm also. Thats 33% from last qtr of $2.5M sales. Even anything above $2.7M is bullish.
