with 62c divvy plus maybe 20% franking say 75c base ,tacked it on to the low or vwap for the shorted period and then maybe a bonus,but any gains for the mighty us dollar should reasonably improve earnings outlook given sole asx listing and around 75% of income is earnt o/s,the bulk of qbe is now o/s-----methinks the usa or europeans are running hedges on qbe,shorting its a no brainer for them how can they lose given the low risk and current state of currency markets,not to speak of the depressed state of their own markets
