I also suspect that Blackmores would most likely partner with CPH. They already have an established partner in common. CPH recently announced an export sign off to the Asia-Pacific and Blackmores has a huge Asian market. When the Fools article mentions Blackmores products for medical practitioners, this could be referring to eg. Chinese Naturapaths and the like. Blackmores have a huge market in China and are a trusted brand there, already supply neutraceuticals, baby milk etc. The Chinese are also more accepting of Cannabis use than many populations.
I don't know which researches are involved with the article's reference, but Blackmores have recently signed over a large donation agreement with a WA Uni which conduct natural medicine research. I might be wrong, but I believe that CPH has agreed to supply the WA Uni with cannabis.
