I have not seen that MMJ will receive 60% of H1's profits... I see it as MMJ is no different to you, me or just another one of the top 20 (top 3) share holders. So their stake in the shares rises and until they sell some none of that profit is released.. and when it is, it is at dilution to that 60% unless they buy them back.... Andreas is doing it for him self... under an umbrella of companies.
