@AmbiGuity , earlier on you and I have discussed the challenge of valuing MMJ v. HVST
Since initial agreement on the transaction, c. 8 December 2016, when MMJ was at $0.20, what has materially changed?
We have seen;
A) License to import (but not yet sell) into Australia.
B) First harvest of a test crop under restricted license at Duncan, which has to be renewed before 27 June.
For sure there has been some amendment of the agreement, but it is still essentially as was agreed to back in December. 53.3 m shares @ $0.75. Since that time MMJ has risen and leveled to around the $0.60 mark.
I am wondering whether the current price of MMJ is now considered by the big boys to be fair value against HVST, until such times as we see material changes by either company, such as those you mention;
C) Distribution and sale of Gelpell in Australia,
D) Upgraded license at Duncan
E) Clinical trial results...
