    MMJ to receive 3.9 million upon closing the HO transaction. Should keep the dogs from the door for a while.

    On the flipside HO looks like it will be raising capital in the not too distant future. 25 million doesn't go as far as you would think.

    The Duncan Facility has to be purchased as it is only leased at the moment.
