@specgoldbug, and @headsortails it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas......

As @twh_11 suggested, there is the "hint" of increased sales of the Gelpell embedded into the announcement.

The revenue generated by Gelpell sales in Australia are as a result of the binding letter of intent MMJ have with HL Pharma.  By virtue of the clauses in the Harvest One filing statement, it would appear any and all contracts made by MMJ must be honoured by Harvest One/Satipharm.  We are not privy to the actual contractual agreements, but contrary to the fear mongering here, the deal to supply and consequent profits (as a percentage) must go to MMJ.  Furthermore, in regards to pricing concerns, MMJ have always said that the price of the capsules will be set according to the actual market, based on location.  The EU price will most likely differ significantly here.  Remember too, there are lobbyists trying to get CBD products on the PBS.
