Near future no. not at all. Read the first paragraph of your picture ... intended use over the next 18 months. The company still has the money and this how they plan to use it and after they have estimated all their expenses and next phase of their expansion plan the still have 400k left for what ever they want. That isn't evidence they need a CR in the short term at all. Unless for some reason you think 12 months is near future.
