I remember a few months ago that two of the major Canadian players had problems with pests and the use of pesticides, the discussions may stem from that as Health Canada were cracking down on the use of pesticides as per licensing agreements. The more I reread the statement (point 12 not 14...duh) the more it makes sense that the reverse is true. If correct and if it results in an agreement to supply, then that's a major tick for Harvest One and MMJ. In any case, there was discussion on HC about the issue most likely supplied by Serge or Greenman (can't remember who exactly).
