It would be a major back flip if it were HO seeking starter materials to acquire, after all the seed import permit and subsequent seeds were the reason for the delay in cultivation at Duncan in the first place last year. I just can't see that being the case.

The pesticide fiasco earlier this year centred on OrganiGram and Mettrum, the latter has since been acquired by Canopy. Not sure if I could see us supplying either of these two, OrganiGram being supposedly organic and Mettrum likely seeking supply from Tweed/Canopy.
