* Canadian legislation has now been introduced inviting renewed interest in the major MC players here, and abroad.
* HL Pharma is an approved sponsor of the CBD capsules (Gelpell) according to the TGA website - thanks to @SmlFry for the heads up.
* MMJ has the potential for first mover advantage in the MC sector with a product nearing prescription availability.
* MMJ share price seemingly formed a new low during Thursdays session, it traditionally bounces of these new lows for the next leg up.
MMJ Bears
* Canadian legislation if passed through parliament, will not come into effect until approximately July 2018.
* Harvest One listing is expected in this quarter (Q2) and may be late June for actual trading. This may mean MMJ is subject to greater investor fatigue and volatility without immediate direction.
* Geopolitical tensions could derail world markets taking the gloss off the MC sector.
