range 4103.9-4078.1. "It will definitely close up on the day," says senior
broker, echoing earlier comments from another institutional adviser that relief
rally may not be far off. "Everyone is waiting for the Asian selling to come
around again, it did yesterday and it's not likely to happen," broker adds. "I
think you will find Rio Tinto (RIO.AU) and BHP (BHP.AU) close unchanged on the
day," he says. BHP (BHP.AU) off 1.6%, Rio Tinto (RIO.AU) down 1.2%. Adds London
falls indicative of what happened locally Tuesday. Telstra (TLS.AU) down 2 cents
at A$5; banks mixed (IGP)
