Win or loose PE, sp FAR will survive and sp will go up eventually as production starts to generate income. There won't be any problem in raising the required budget or even a cr. The capex could have been lower had they reduce the gold plating and new vessel. First oil would also be faster. The main drag might be woody remaining as operator.
