No company should telegraph their intentions while evaluating their possibilities. They would be seriously stupid if they did. Couple of scenarios come to mind...
A new player could come into play once this arbitration uncertainty is removed?
Say a gfc type crisis occurred in the Far rights period. I would be an unhappy shareholder if Far had already committed
