Honestly,
Your take on WPL/COP is very one eyed,and the Senegal Government,is probably more than happy with the progress from the Operator to date.
One could, quite easily accuse Far of creating problems for the JV and Progress towards FID over the last 2 Years.
Far just need to get over owning 90% of the Senegal leases 5 years ago verses, only 13 % today.
If Far hadn't engaged in their PE folly and concentrated on Securing Development Finance 3 years ago for SNE,the Company would be in Far better shape today.
