you could argue it was COP and WPL that caught with their pants down by not giving FAR further details (even if only playing the game) as according to the experts in the know FAR had no money
alternatively no one outside the parties really knows and what's posted is all opinion but one thing that is fact the case has gone the full distance and we have in theory an end date
