How do you know they are not buying?
Maybe the reason they didn't look through COPs data room is because their intention was to PE any sale via FAR?
I know the next argument will be if they had the cash why didn't they just PE?
Simple answer is if the information COP provided was not correct or didn't satisfy the JOA then pre emptying would be impossible given COP refused to talk.
Ive never understood why COP stonewalled?
If everything was cosha why didn't COP just provide the ifo FAR wanted and shut them up for good?
I think I know why but ultimately 3 people will decide if WPL stay or go.
