Thanks DB. Already know that bit. Remembered reading something about when there is a dispute in valuation of the asset there was a mechanism to PE on the exact same terms as the buyer.
Thought it was in one of the AIPN documents and have been wondering if it's a reference to a possibility in buying a holding company rather than just the asset. Would like to find that reference again to make sure I wasn't misinterpretimg it.
