Did FAR fulfil this with a binding offer within 30 days.
One would have to say no as they hand no finance or backer.
So FAR ultimately went down the non valid document route months on after legal advice IMO.
n the event that a Party wishes to transfer any part or all of its Participating Interest, it shall send all other Parties notice of its intention and invite them to submit offers therefore. The other Parties shall have thirty (30) Days from the date of such notification to deliver a counter-notification with a binding offer in accordance with Article 12.1(G)
