You can't make a binding offer if you believe, with legal advice, that the PE rights notice does not comply with the JOA.
FAR did not go down the non valid document route months later. They issued COP with a dispute notice inside the 30 days.
If FAR hadn't we would not be in arbitration.
FAR announced to the market on the 23-7-2016 that they had notified COP.....about 5 weeks after the deal was announced.
