They never mentioned the validity of the document till months later on legal advice.
5 weeks on my count is 35 days, if FAR issued a dispute notice within the 30 day limit they would have said exactly when it was lodged.
You need to show me in announcements when FAR lodged it.
You cant though as there is no announcement what day it was exactly lodged.
They missed the boat IMO and will probably be COP's case.
