PE rights only apply to the interest of involvement by the PE'r.
COP offered PE rights in that interest to Far at a set Price of USD $440 million for 30 days as required by JOA.
COP's chosen method to sell the interest to WPL wrapped up in 100% of the shares in, COP Senegal BV are 2 different sales, and Imo,Far were not legally,privledged to the confidential make up of 100% of COP Senegal BV.
Far should have, just agreed to purchase inside 30 days,then flushed out any potential hidden liability inside Cop Senegal BV.
