However if they were offered the company then as been said a million times,
"who in their right mind, would buy a company without seeing what's inside".
Notwithstanding, you don't PE the company, only the asset after having a value placed on the asset in a transparent manner,
in the context of the sale of the company.
All there in the JV agreement as has been posted.
