Here's some facts for you...
FAR had a problem with the PE process in which Woodside purchased shares in SNE.
FAR has protected their rights in accordance with the joint venture agreement.
The Senegal government is party to the agreement.
It doesn't matter whether it takes 1 year or 5 years to get a decision, that is the jv agreed process. End of story.
The jv parties agreed to the process.
Once there is a decision handed down by the Arbitration Court then people if they so choose can try and claim bragging rights for their opinions. Whatever...
