Just to clarify so we don't go around in circles on an email I received.
The exact relevant words were the following:-
"To clarify this is a senior debt facility that replaces the debt considered via the JV financing exercise. The terms we have negotiated are considerably better than those offered in the project financing"
As to why the terms are better I have not bothered to ask.
