After all, the boards of EMR and BE are aligned with the same purpose...increasing EMR ownership, and seeing off the troublemakers. This is going to happen. EMR is not going to sit back with 60%. And if HK Xhine want to keep up they have to keep shelling out, otherwise they are also diluted to insignificance, and by keeping up, they are really only standing still. They cannot buy more than their entitlement
There are now 2 CRs in short time. How many BE holders will be able to shell out for their entitlement again ? EMR can well afford to, and like compound interest, their ownership keeps getting bigger.
