I wonder if an offer to swap remaining non EMR owned BE shares into EMR shares would resolve the issues. Granted, the opportunity was there before and wasn't taken up, perhaps they thought they could be the last house on the block holding out for the big pay day but if the slow bleeding out is going to lead to problems it might be enough that previous terms are now beneficial enough to make the exchange.
Alternatively, I'd be content to buy 14.94% of BE shares personally and then sell them to EMR for options if there are egos invovled.
