I don't know, There is a lot of stock coming out of escrow soon and like norm has mentinoed it will need to be soaked up or the share price will collapse, I seen it before in stocks like this, what you have to remember is these guys get their stock for free because they either vend the original assets into the company or helped on a corporate level.

What ever it may be, if you got stock for nothing and it now at 7c in this current economic environment when everybody is hurting and the big fish are probably in a lot more pain than the average punters like you and me.
you would seriously have to consider taking a win when one presents itself.
