My understanding is they are reducing expenses - proofs of concept (i.e., Warner Bros.), consultant fees, probably some R&D, and so on, as particular studies conclude. I saw CR say this on one of their recent videos but I cannot recall which one. Offsetting this will be that they are seeking to recruit 4 people.

The numbers as I see them are:

Cash at end March 2019 $2,667,000
Less projected spend to end June $2,345,000
Plus funds from capital raising $3,500,000
Less costs of raising (estimate @5%) $175,000
Estimated cash at end of June $3,647,000

I do not know of any other sources of cash. The implication is that the quarterly cash burn will reduce to an average of $1.8 million or less for the balance of this year.

There are two ways to interpret this in my view. The positive interpretation, and hence my focus on the options, is that they are very bullish about their news flow and have positioned themselves on a personal basis accordingly. The alternative pessimistic view is they are like various other companies I am sure we are all familiar with and it is all a ruse.

I may be wrong but I think the former is more likely. There are quite a few pieces of evidence, I admit all circumstantial, until such time as we get a material positive announcement or announcements, which lead me to this view. One such example is I cannot fathom why Stephen McGovern would be a director of a company and own almost 46 million shares in a company whose prospects he does not believe in. He is onto something at Dubber and to be associated with Linius if it were not a success I do not see as being in his interests. So, for this and numerous other reasons, my view is that they genuinely believe they have some things of material value in the pipeline (but I certainly do not know that for a fact). Where they might be wrong is in assessing the value of the potential upcoming news. But, here, given the price performance over the past year, I expect them to be circumspect. This is all why I am hopeful for the "bunch" of upcoming news.
