This latest purchase seems a really good deal for the company with plenty of opportunity for more development down the track
It really surprises me that there appears to be such little interest in this company by Hot Copper members. Perhaps its too conservative and with a perception of limited Cap growth in the short term
However for those of us who are looking for limited risk and high return [in excess of 10% on current SP]and the possibility of increased distributions in the medium term this stock is worth a look IMHO. We certainly are not looking at any substantial increase in the SP in the short term but with proven good management and a track record of good performance during the last GFC I will be remaining a shareholder into the future I would be interested in the views of others
