The isolation of the mining area and the potential infrastructure required concern me somewhat. Is the highway sealed all the way?

This is possibly the main reason we should be hoping that BHP / Mithril find something significant in the exploration they are under way with in the Harts Ranges. BHP will build the necessary roads, water and electricity supply, which could possibly be shared with THOR for a fraction of a price of building our own. They might even build a pub so the THOR guys on the ground have somewhere to go for their $5 party.

If BHP is able to identify a major sulfides resource, this could potentially make any smaller lower grade uranium resource much more economical and reduce the risk of dilution of shares. Note, more preliminary drilling results released today. Nothing significant, but early days yet.

I would be a very happy man if we see $2, but I think we would need a few things to line up for us in order to see that price.
Molyhill up and running, selling product without the need for dilution.
Significant uranium resource identified.
Uranium price above previous highs (which should happen within next year IMO)
And the all important for any small exploration / mining company, good PR and MARKET SENTIMENT.

Three of these things are just a matter of time. Lets see what they find at Bundy river.
